A proposed vision for developing the evaluation of the performance of faculty members at Saudi universities in light of the AMO model

The study aimed to identify the application possibility of the dimensions’ evaluation of the faculty member's performance at Saudi universities. The study used the descriptive method, based on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information. The study reached the following results: The study individuals agreed with a high degree on the dimensions of evaluating the performance of faculty members at Hail University in light of the AMO model, with an average (4.00). There are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the study individuals about the degree of application of those dimensions due to a variable (gender, job title, number of years of service). The study presented a proposed vision for developing the evaluation of the performance of faculty members in Saudi universities in light of the AMO model.
