The current research aims to identify parents’ and teachers’ perceptions of Savant skills for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. The sample consists of a group of parents (53) and a group of teachers (41) at integration schools and classes in Riyadh. The researcher has prepared a questionnaire for the purpose of collecting information. The results indicate weak awareness for all members of the sample (parents and teachers) regarding Savant skills. However, there are statistically significant differences between parents and teachers. It is noticed that the teachers had more awareness of Savant skills for the individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
