The results of the study showed that there was a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.01) between the average ranks of the scores of the control and experimental groups in the post-measurement of the anxiety disorder scale, in favor of the control group, as well as the presence of a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post measurements; This indicates the effectiveness of the program in reducing anxiety disorder. There was no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the control group members in the pre and post measurements of the anxiety disorder scale, and there was no statistically significant difference between the average ranks of the experimental group members in the post and follow-up measurements of the anxiety disorder scale. This indicates the stability of the impact of the training program. The study recommended the provision of training programs to help students with learning disabilities reduce their feelings of anxiety and improve their self-confidence.
