Organizational Mechanisms for Total Quality Management in Civil Associations Organizations from the Perspective of Organization and Management in Social Work

The study aimed to identify the organizational mechanisms of total quality management in NGOs from the perspective of organization and management in social service. The basic study sample consisted of (270) social organizers and officials in NGOs. The study used a questionnaire form for the social organizer and officials, and the results of the study showed that the level of total quality practice in NGOs and the level of practicing organizational mechanisms for total quality management in NGOs are average. However, the level of difficulties facing the organizational mechanisms for managing total quality in NGOs and the level of proposals for organizational mechanisms for total quality management in NGOs are high. The researcher recommends the need for a future vision and a pending message for the association that emerges from the philosophy of quality that leads to the development of its performance, the participation of the concerned parties inside and outside the association in formulating the vision and mission.
